I think they reckon, if someone needs information.. they can contact the 24/7 customer support and those staff will provide it. It would be a valid point, but open communication on this forum, will reduce the call load on those people.
When I say that the platform’s representatives are active on the forum, I mean everyone who can represent the platform, including campaign managers. Currently, there are no embarrassing complaints about the platform’s services, and therefore the reasons for attending are not urgent at the moment.
