Why does it looks like there's something fishy. Howcome the user recorded a video at the time of playing as if he knew he was about to win the jackpot ?
I am not sure whether the user recorded the video or not but yeah some slots have this feature where you can export the video record for your game history. I assume this is also come from there.

But anyway, may be @sujonali1819 is right and may the site had the option to export the video of the game history.
