That might likely be a bug or some sort of network issues of possibly, you can clear your cache and try logging into your account again. Everything is alright from my end here. If it persists you can change browser as well and see what happens.
I don't think this is a bug, but it could be either a little technical issue from the casino that is still identifying the account as active as the email has not yet been verified through a code sent to the email.
I only experience such an issue if I create an account on any platform that requires email verification and I later forget to activate and verify the email, so this could be the case, and if the user has already done the e-mail verification, the only thing left now is for the technical team to check what could possibly be the issue.
I don't think bug and network issues have a hand in this part, especially network. If it were from there, all that could be seen was things like "error accessing this page; try again." And not an inactive account.
