Can you tell me how long it takes for your team to verify an identity document that was uploaded? Mine was uploaded 6 days ago and it's still not approved.
I understand there can be a little delay in this holiday period but for such a simple task even in this period 6 days plus seems to be an annoyingly long time.
Is this normal?

In light with this inquiry. What’s the typical processing time for KYC verification? I’m just curious with this because my account is still not verified even though I already wagered enough to be KYC verified on other casino.
I’m just considering to complete KYC earlier to avoid this kind of waiting time in the future.

For me it has been already 10 days of waiting and still not verified. Even though it should be a very simple task. I had to upload only my driving license and they should be able to verifiy that in a couple of minutes. My VIP manager told me it can take up to 15 working days (that is about 3 full weeks) until verification is complete.
If after those 3 weeks my account is still not verified I will submit a complaint at CasinoGuru.
