That's not the point here mate. We can do whatever we want to make more money. But sometimes we lose ourselves in that process that we forget what is more important than money in our lives. Which is the people around us and the people we love. Imagine you have achieved everything in life and you have also trained your kids or family members to be the same. They are out there making their own life a success. But you fell sick at your 70 and you are on a hospital bed fighting with death.
How would you feel when no one is there and you can't recall any moment with them that can remind you of them? So use the precious time you have in hand to reconnect with the people you love. Make memories. It is hard to make time but at least make a few moments that are worth remembering.
Ironically, rank, position, wealth, and everything that boosts a person's social status actually makes them lose several things, including good relationships with their family members. Not all rich people really care about the condition of their parents, some of them are even abandoned in orphanages and only fulfill their needs without being willing to visit them.

I completely understand what you mean - but those are some of the things that happen in the social environment. A life full of love and peace of mind is something that everyone hopes for instead of just wealth and possessions - but unfortunately not everyone has it. So yes - keep trying the best for ourselves and everyone around us, especially our family.
