At least last season Sevilla was able to win the Europe League and ultimately qualify for the UCL. but the conditions at that time were different from now. Even they were unable to get out of it conditions that are quite bad are the only defeats encountered throughout the La Liga season. And it turned out to be just as bad. although sometimes things are really surprising. However, in this position, Sevilla has no choice but to survive and develop Sevilla in limited financial and team conditions.
So true, the limitation on its financial condition doesn't give the new coach a way to develop the club properly. Mendilibar could still buy the players but unlike him the new coach must be selling all of its players due to the unstable financial condition faced by sevilla.
The club has too many debt and this is greatly impacting the performance from the club. This is also the main reason sevilla goes down so hard to the bottom. I meant that if we shall be anticipating the comeback of sevilla but it's unlikely to happen in a short time.
Sometimes this is the sad thing that happens in the world of football. When a club experiences a financial crisis it will definitely have a big impact on that condition. A coach may only be able to plan how to optimize them for the future, but unfortunately often that plan fails because it doesn't match the budget provided by the club. and in the end it is the coach who really has to rack his brains to play and optimize the existing squad. whereas sometimes expectations from the club are still quite high with such bad conditions.

Actually, not only Sevilla, but several other clubs may also have experienced this. as experienced by Barcelona last season until in the end Xavi could really start to change these conditions for the better. However, at that time Barcelona really took quite a high risk with their financial problems still unresolved.
