Interesting topic.
I was never a coffee person, contrary to 99% of the rest of the population, it seems. I may drink coffee when out with friends, or sometimes I would take hot/cold chocolate instead. About 2 years ago I started drinking coffee regularly at work, using a Nespresso machine. I usually use 2 capsules to cover a day (espressos, even lungos, are so low in quantity).

As for caffeine intake, I take plenty. Not from coffee, but from Coca-Cola. I'm almost ashamed to say it, but I'm addicted to it. It's of the "Zero" variety, so there are no calories, but there is caffeine (and other chemicals). I think I may have become immune to it by now, I don't sense any caffeine effect by drinking or not drinking coffee, as long as I take my daily fix of Coke.

Thinking of getting a filter machine at home like the one you have. I like the taste of that coffee. And the ritual of making it.

I hate to hear about the Coke addition, even if you admit it.  There are likely ways to drink something else, even carbonated water.. and yeah, it will not have the same effect.  Maybe go to 1 coke per week and then 1 per month and then maybe no cokes for a year or more... and then maybe you might consider if you want to come back to them..  It's like people drinking redbull and knowing that they are addicted and knowing that there are harmful ingredients.

I did not really drink coffee in my youth, but then I did go through some phases in my 20s and 30s, but then I would also get irritated when I was around people who insisted that they had to have coffee before they could do anything, and so maybe that was not nice behavior from me.

I did go through many years that I was drinking coffee but I was adding Bailys to it and butter and heavy whipping cream.. and then I started to NOT add bailys to it and then I started to think that drinking so much coffee was turning my teeth yellow... and maybe messing with my sleep.. so I stopped the daily coffee around June, and it seems to be better for the teeth.. and using that whitening toothpaste... .. but surely my teeth mouth and breath are not as nice as it was when I was younger, so sometimes it is tempting to just go back to drinking coffee, but I am going to stick it out a bit longer.. and just consider it as a once in a while thing rather than part of my used-to-be daily routine.. and by the way, I probably was doing the baileys, butter and heavy whipping cream for close to 10 years..and I was thinking that it was good for me.. but I think there was too much of a glucogenetic effect.

Philip is cheating, since

it seems that

desperate times, call for desperate measures.
A bot and human has no comparison. Philip must post the way he was posting previously. There is no point in competing with an AI powered Bot.
exactly my point.  and if we are to accept ai as the ruler of the post leaders as you suggest matrix has all but started.

once again is not the ability to restrict ai still in our grasp   deleting buddies  daily posts after they were emerged into one 24 hour post is a better solution.

Saving humanity from the bots.  this method of merging allows for humanity to still control its bot and not let them run rampart over humanity
You have a valid solution to merge all his 24 posts into 1 after 24 hours. But who will do that? I don't think moderator will be willing to do that job on daily basis.

If we see that chart from human perspective then you and BADecker are the leader no matter how much buddy posts.

I can see merging consecutive posts, yet the merging of 24 posts is bullshit.

We need to see Buddies posts every hour on the hour and interspersed with the other posts - otherwise it seems a waste of time to have a buddy like that.

We must thank Richy_T for this creation, and no one else has such a great luttle buddy bot like that.. .not that I know about.

There may be zero calories in Coke Zero but the artificial sweeteners in diet/zero drinks are more difficult for our body to process. It's advisable to take carbonated drinks as little as possible.

You can do mineral water that is carbonated, and that is o.k. It is the ones with sweeteners (or non-sweeteners or whatever extra flavorings) that are bad for you.
