Didn't try this casino yet but one thing for sure if they are didn't ask some KYC then they will have may customer will play with them cause some gamblers always thinking that they can hide their identity if they still anonymous. . But if you look at the quoted post which they accept cash for sure with that they will be required to implement a KYC since for sure they will be regulated by government and if they insist and will not comply to their requirements ask then this is when their casino became illegal.
