I haven't heard of any new upcoming DEX launching this year. I can say there going to be many. but maybe because they are not so famous yet that's why they didn't caught my attention yet.
Honestly speaking. I don't think we need more DEXs. because we already have enough DEX for almost every blockchain.
Ordiswap is the most recent DEX I heard about which was built for trading ORDINALS. and BRC20 tokens..
More DEXs like that would be useful for new blockchains. but NEW DEXs for major blockchains like Ethereum, BSC, etc are really unnecessary. Uniswap and Panecakeswap are already enough for those.
