It is your responsibility to check who is taking the loan. Or at least you should check if they have used the same address before or not. The account getting compromised is nothing new here.

@JollyGood, I guess I have always agreed with you in the past. But, the tag you left to tjtonmoy isn't worth it. The reference you gave is one year old and a neutral would have fit better. I would say; don't make the negative tag worthless. Leaving negative feedback for merit abuse isn't the correct use of the feedback system. I am not sure If he had many accounts or if he cheated with those accounts. If he has, then do your own investigation gather the proof in one place, and then leave a negative tag. Your tags are losing value over time. Don't make yourself another TL. Don't take it as a weapon to take down others. Just a friendly advise.
