Animals should definitely not be tortured, and anyone who thinks so is clearly sick.

I agree that there's nothing wrong with eating meat, but I think that the current state of factory farming makes some kind of torture, or at least horrible life conditions, inevitable for animals.
I have huge respect for hunters.
