I think this kind of win cements a winning mindset, not just points. I think PSG players will play with more confidence now. This benefits the team and supporters! Its thrilling to watch them dominate and synergize. Im excited to see how they carry this excitement and confidence into their future bouts!
The match was completely unbalanced because PSG played almost all of its core players and despite making changes to several players. I saw that Luis Enrique didn't try to rotate completely in this match and maybe he saw this match as important to win. But PSG should have won the match with a much bigger score because they missed several good opportunities to score in the first and second half.
A big win can provide moral motivation to the players, but PSG must also realize that it is a club that is not their opponent. So even though they got a big win, PSG needed to improve their midfield, so that their playing patterns could be much more measured in building attacks.
I think the reason Luis Enrique fielded all his main players against a team that is far below them in terms of quality is to mature the PSG team's current game and it has been proven that there are still quite a lot of shortcomings in this team that need to be addressed.
I didn't see PSG's victory because it was quite natural because in terms of quality they were far superior.
However, I saw that the PSG team's overall play in this match could have been better and this is Luis Enrique's job to improve the PSG team's performance.
