I applaud Xabi Alonso for being able to bring Leverkusen to the lead in the Bundesliga even though there is only a 4 point difference with Munich. This means that Leverkusen's chance of becoming champions is not completely guaranteed, but I still appreciate Alonso as a coach who is able to make Leverkusen one of the strongest teams in the league today. And I agree with what you said that Tuchel could now focus on the Champions League because Munich is also one of the favorite teams to win. I think Xabi knows that the Champions League is a bit difficult this season so they will focus on the Bundesliga and getting the championship trophy.
Xavi Alanso so far has done a wonderful job this season; he is currently the best manager in the German Bundesliga by going complete sixteen games without losing any match; they are first in the Bundesliga table with four points ahead of the defending champions Bayern Munich; unlike last season, when they finished sixth in the Bundesliga, they are now one of the favorites to win the Bundesliga title this season since Dortmund, which is usually the title contender with Bayern, is not in good form this season. Kudos to Xavi Alonso for taking Leverkusen to another level, as they are now a big team that will possibly play in the Champions League next season.
