OP has been offline for over a year and now you wake up and PM him and expect a reply from him! OP tried his best to get his funds back but you ignored him even after you were online, which shows your character is not good.
It looks more like his attempt to try to troll OP because if his intention was not to scam he would have communicated to OP during the time the scam accusation was created and set up a refund plan. Karma will get him one day.
