LOL, I come back after months and he is still trying to scam. Big surprise. Once somebody actually says escrow is ok he declines. But in every thread in this secion he posts escrow or the other must send first. If the amount is too high you could have suggested an alternative amount. This guy needs some DT feedback to warn others.
Alterra is just waiting for somebody to be stupid enough to send first.
