Haha I just watched the video and I really laughed like watching an amateur dealer 
but I focus on the bet amount, is the bet on the table $22? is there a possibility that the casino owner/provider is cheating for the $22? or is this just a mistake made by the dealer? of course there are still many questions and possibilities but I won't say anything as a gambler I know what I think and anyone who has proof like in this video should get a refund + bonus. I know some casinos give bonuses when making mistakes.
I have to agree about refund or maybe it will be better if the bet is cancelled directly when the dealer make a mistake like that. I think that will be the fairest action for both the casino and the player. I'm not pretty sure what Stake did after they watched this video, did they give a refund to the player? And I think we should put the bet amount aside because it is not the main problem here.
