The fact that they do not have an account on Bitcointalk which has reputation scores underneath it is true, however they can still have a reputation here, especially if it is a bad one. And that bad reputation could be in the scam accusation section as well as in the gambling discussion section, for example.

Dplay should consider making an account on this forum though, it would create a much better overview of their reputation. Good reputation is something that is not really mentioned often on threads on this board, unlike bad reputation.

It would also help them immensely with their marketing efforts. By not signing up on Bitcointalk, they are missing out on a lot of good marketing. And if you ask me, bad marketing effort is a red flag to me. It just means they are not really taking their business seriously.
