The transactions I've been dealing with are for the poor souls who got done over by Cashapp or Stake Casino waiting for transactions with sat/vB rates of like 3-5 that have been sitting in the mempool for months and they can't do anything with them as they don't control the wallets keys so can't RBF or CPFP them.
Are you sure it's from Stake they have set up a fee deducted from your main balance besides Stake is generous to add fees so you can confirm your transaction right away, and you should have mentioned this in your main post now you're just making an alibi
Yes, all my accelerations have been for stake and Cashapp BTC reversals, if it's a private transaction I advise the user how they can RBF or CPFP themselves.
When stake or Cashapp reject a deposit it is reversed at a very low rate like 3-5 sat/vB
