Breaking News!Bad news has come for Leverkusen because their mainstay striker this season, Victor Boniface, is reportedly injured and will be out for 6 weeks. The player from Nigeria also had to miss AFCON and I think this is a loss experienced by Nigeria and Leverkusen because they have to lose a very important figure in the competition. Victor Boniface has a right muscle-tendon injury and will undergo surgery in the next few days.

If i am not mistaken so far Leverkusen has 4 players for their front lines and after Boniface got injured Xabi Alonso does not have many options to play players in that position and so far Leverkusen has Patrik Schick or Jonas Hofmann who can be played as the replacement of Boniface but maybe Xabi can maximize the potential of Patrik Schick skill because since return from long term injured Schick has been showing impressive performance because in the last 5 matches Schick can able to scores 3 goals but indeed those players which i mentioned above still can't play as expected
