Yes, you can change your username, but it's not a right or something that serious that you must have to do that, if you're in need of seing your username chan, then try to PM the admin and state the reason why you needed that to be done, then it's now his own discretion to approve or not,as that of account number, I guess you're referring to wallet address, if am right then that should be at your own disposal.
