I will take back either Mourinho or Conte easily - we need discipline and someone to install winning mentality into the players and the team and only Conte and Mourinho can do this in a Short term. But it's not gonna happen, our Owners want the "Yes Sir" manager so Conte and Mourinho are way out of their league.
If Chelsea had Mourinho back he would not last long because he is not the special one and the last time he won something of relevance was year ago. Both Conte and Mourinho would last long in the Premier League, they had their chances and showed they are able to mount a serious challenge to the top teams. After his operation when he was Tottenham manager, Conte was never the same man or manager again.I mean look at Arsenal. They removed Wenger of all people because the club's top brass finally gave in to the fans' demands... Just to find out Wenger wasn't the problem. 
So they had to endure worst results than what Wenger was bringing them. They're lucky Arteta turned out to be a decent manager. Chelsea wasn't so lucky with Lampard.
If Arteta was not given time when things were looking bad they would not be challnging for the title last season. If fans had turned against Arteta when he refused to play Ozil and got his contract terminated or when he got rid of Aubameyang, things would have been different.
