Yep. Talking about the potential of Madrid's young players makes more sense than spending €1 billion just on Mbappe.
And I think Madrid is now focused on regeneration. They have no interest in creating Galacticos Volume III and the like.
Currently, 11 young players will replace Luka Modric's generation.
Arda Guler, Rodriguez, Bellingham, Camavinga, Vinni, Rodrygo, and Brahim Diaz are the Next dream team and  Madrid's future projects.
Real Madrid knows what is best for itself in the future, so it will not immediately be fooled by recruiting Mbappe if there is no more reasonable clarity and just to spend more money without anything that Real Madrid itself can hope for. I also agree more with what you say because young players will be more suitable to be maintained and polished well for the future of Real Madrid rather than continuing to think about new players even though their age is not yet in the old category.
I see that the Madrid squad this season has a lot of young players, but most of the young players are in midfield positions, Real Madrid still needs one striker and two central defenders. If this has been achieved then Galacticos Volume III will be achieved. Don't get me wrong, Real Madrid money isn't everything. Until now, Real Madrid still has high hopes for Mbappe, and Mbappe has also said that if he leaves PSG he will go to Real Madrid. However, currently there is a lot of drama about Mbappe, making it difficult for Mbappe to leave because PSG management is making it difficult for Mbappe to leave PSG.

You also need to know that Real Madrid is the most successful and stable club in the world, both in terms of finances and achievements. So Real Madrid is not afraid of having to spend a lot of money on Mbappe. This is just an assumption, I think Mbappe signs a pre-contract this winter or this January, then signs a contract with Real Madrid in the summer/next season.
