The best questions are these that you have asked. More often than not, you have bonuses littered all over casions with hidden terms and conditions and you manage to fulfil the conditions made public only for you to be met with the hidden terms and conditions and their requirements are always more dire than the public terms.

It will be ideal if these bonuses are stated in clear terms (no hidden conditions) for everyone to decide if its what they want to get involved in.
