Yeah,  I have wasted my balances a number of time before to this temptation,  and this even go as far as affecting my betting pattern,  aside from the fact that having big balance with withdrawal on a casino comes with risk of gambling away with the entire balance,  it has gone as far as to affect how much a stake on a bet per go,  many times I have not being following my principle of not betting high amount on a game,  but I noticed that,  each time I have high balance I am always carried away to do otherwise and gambling more than I should which has been one of the set backs that made me never to leave any balance on my account regardless of how much was my previous winning be it big or small amount.
I also feel that. although usually, I allocate a fixed balance each time I start betting. but when I get a big enough win, I usually leave a bigger balance than I usually play with. and that seemed to stimulate me to bet bigger with a sufficient balance. even though I rarely do that, the situation almost repeats itself every time I finish with my winnings.
My mistake was not learning from experience, but it felt like I was not in control of doing that. Is that what you feel too?
What drives us from doing that is thinking we can make more winnings if we gamble more. That certainly manipulates our minds and instead of following our plan, we are now following our emotions. This is a common mistake by most as we think it is just our winning money, nothing it hurts if I use them to gamble. And even if we feel regret for doing this it still happens again and again --that is how gambling could change our plan and give directives on our minds.
