Even if you login with VPN, you will still have to get verified. One if the most important thing to read about any service that requires deposit and withdrawal is if verification would be needed for withdrawal.
The simple answer is that you will have to verify all your accounts. You can contact their customers care to know if you can marge all the accounts together, or get the ID of someone like you parent and siblings if they will be willing to help you.
