Isn't casinos looks almost the same especially the UX then UI? The only difference is the graphic designs, images, icons used and the available games. The only thing casino should improve in my case is transparency both in games and when giving judgement to its users.
All casinos are using the same template and that is the reason they all look the same with changes in colors and graphics. Yes, the most relevant thing is that a casino should be transparent with the games which most of the reputed ones are by displaying provably fair. Not all judgments are wrong it all depends on the issue, I have seen some casinos listed here in the forum trying their level best to resolve any issues as fast as they can. I do agree many do not and straight away pass their judgment. UI/UX is also important as it helps the user of that casino to navigate with ease. Gamblers spend a lot of time in front of the computer screen they need a good interface and interesting graphics to stay hooked and that is why casinos need to have good UI.
