Wanted everyone's opinion about which Casino and Sportsbook have the best UI. What is their best feature and which casino and sportsbook do you like but want to see improvement when it comes to UI or features?
UI means User interface.
With lots of gambling sites and sportsbooks I'm currently using, I would say that almost most of them have a good user interface. I just wondered if there are any most used gambling sites right now that have a not user-friendly UI. I think most of the legit sites today do have a good UI and are organized well. If the site has a trash UI then don't expect them to have a good service as if they can put an effort to make a user-friendly UI then what's more to the service?
Improvement? As long as the interface is not messed up, that's good. Rather than UI improvement, it's better to hope instead for much better services like keeping good customer support, maintaining the security of the site on the top level ensuring the safety of user funds, and always bringing up catchy bonuses and promotions. These things are a big factor to consider in luring more users to a site.
I hardly see a casino with a bad or poor UI, including the responsiveness of the platform, the ones I see are almost all good or at least manageable without any much issue. This would definitely dissuade me immediately from using it again because I do not know why I should be stressing myself and my visuals, and it could be so annoying at times. It is not about the UI mainly if I am asked, if it is somewhat good and responds well to my commands and betting, then I am okay with it, it doesn't have to be the best overall. As long as the casino/sportsbook is paying me my money regularly and fast, then it is all thumbs up for it. I just thought deeper now, the only casinos I have seen that are poor with the UI was L0tt0.com, and that is obvious with the old version type of UI. As for the improvements, casinos/sportsbooks are of course improving on it, some will be obvious and others will not. This is necessary to add some other games and styles that might affect the old UI if the whole system is not upgraded and this happens a lot with the low-budget casinos that later became successful.
