However, I agree with what you say, because at Manchester United his talent was wasted and Erik ten hag didn't focus much on him. I don't think if it's official yet but it seems Sancho is very close to joining Dortmund soon. In fact, Sancho can't stay in Manchester United because he knows Ten Hag is not going to give him any time.
