NIN na compulsory for all the citizens and the case of this linking of sim and NIN make the situation worse back then wey everybody dey rush go register to avoid their Sims been blocked. We all know that in this country, once you are told to go and wait for a certain period of time after which you would be called back for a particular thing, it would take them twice that period of time before you are called back.

You are right but let hope and remain positive always that it will be for the best. The reason for this delay some time is due to laziness of the staffs working in that department. Aside that most of the machines using to process the passport is outdated, the staffs are not ready to perform their duties efficiently to make things easier. They would rather wait for workload to accumulate before beginning to work on it.
