i can understand if sometimes you have the desire to chase your losses, because that's a very normal response. however, you should know your limits when you feel you are about to go overboard with your boundaries. as based from my experience, you can't totally say, you will always follow your target budget because sometimes you want to play more as you want to win or recover some or you are still enjoying your game. but as much as possible, when such situations arise, pause for a bit, and contemplate if what you are doing will be good for yourself, and your financial budget.
That is a natural response that we want to make. What is not normal is when we do not realize or forget that recovering from loss is not easy, and instead, we continue to try to recover. We can't do it continuously because that would exceed its limits.
We must try not to violate the boundaries we have created. It's a barrier that prevents us from spending more money. By providing understanding to the public about this, they can make them understand that gambling is part of their activities. But they can't rely on gambling to make money.
And they will not exceed their limits when they gamble, whatever the gambling game, be it slot games, cards, dice, or sports betting. By providing education to the public continuously and in many places, it is hoped that they will be aware. If they realize their mistake, they will start trying to fix it by reducing their gambling activities.
