Anyone can look up the transactions and see that he stole ALL the 500 BTC forked coins. If you look the address up on various block explorers you can also see where he sent the forked coins when Theymos asked for him back.

Anyone can look up his words that it was his right to steal those coins, and anyone can look up how illegal it was for Theymos to reward him for stealing.

We all understand why Theymos left OG positive trust; he believes the donated coins are his.  Thieves trust thieves.
