If the forum have active members and they make quality posts, then it's a place that is worth visiting. Although I've not explored the forum but at a glance I noticed that you'd have to get 1000 merit to be eligible for 1eth reward, that is like reaching legendary rank in bitcointalk forum, to be eligible, perhaps their admin can restructure that area so that they can get more active members.
