Sometimes it makes noticeable difference, if it didn’t, I wouldn’t even do it more than once after first try.
Not just noticeable but highly noticeable. There was a time when I had 7.00% progress per hour. I was shocked because my average progress is 0.50% per hour. I was wondering WTF just happended. After a minute or two, it went below 1% per hour. Lol
