Complaint on betcoin.ag.

I registered on betcoin.ag after reading this post. Unreal to see they have A grading after my experience. Made a quite big deposit (approx 1,5k USD in BTC). Placed two bets on Czech hockey (top league). They won after OT, so I lost the one bet and won the other. This was on the 7th of January. Then the day after I could suddenly not login to my account. I tried to reset password, but still would not work. I contacted live chat that told me to send an email. Have sent two emails. No reply. Now I dont even get a reply from live chat when I write my real username and name. If I write another name, they reply in 30 seconds. Looks like they have blocked my account and steal my money without any reason at all. I did not even profit on my 2 bets there. Unreal!!!
