Everton have somehow lost their excellent form in their defense as they had conceded a total of 8 goals in their last 3 English Premier League matches played. I think it will be very difficult for Everton to keep a clean sheet today when they play against Aston Villa despite having the advantage to play this match at their home stadium. I guess there is a high chance for Everton to continue their losing streak.
Keeping a clean sheet against in form Aston Villa will be very difficult today because they have been in good goal scoring form even when they are faced with stronger opponents and they still manage to score. This is football and it doesn’t always go as predicted so it is very possible for Everton to surprise us today and prevent Aston Villa from scoring or winning but the only problem is that Everton have been inconsistent with their performance recently, for a team that won 4 straight premier league matches few weeks back it is so improper to just lose the momentum to failing to win their last 4 premier league games.
Judging from recent performance it will difficult for Everton to win Aston Villa despite playing on their home ground. I therefore predict Aston Villa to win.
Chelsea won with a single goal against Fulham.Although Chelsea has a good squad, I think they have become a team that still struggles to deliver what is expected.Pochettino has failed to solve this in my opinion and maybe he will be fired from the team in the future.If they do not finish in the top 5 of the league, we can clearly say that it will not be a success for them.
Pochettino has failed in many areas which is the major setback for the team, their inconsistency is due to lack of proper coaching techniques adopted by pochettino. They won by a very close margin which IMO I would say they were lucky, the goalkeeper made some decent saves that prevented Fulham from scoring. Pochettino needs to step up his coaching ways if wants to remain in the club because it is bad seeing the club perform this way after spending so much on players. With the quality of players in the team they can still make the top 4 if they are determined to improve their game or better still they can make it to Europa if they fail to make top 4.
