First time I am hearing about such a situation. To me it doesn't really seem realistic that the casino would treat their customer differently, depend on where they signed up from. Big influencers might be able to negotiate special promotions with the casino for their referrals, but in general these promotions are not linked to a referral campaign. You could just go on the website of the casino and sign up without a referral link and still get the promotions for new customers.
