It's a human nature to be greedy sometimes, but it's a must that you can still think of what should be the right thing do, is it to go beyond your limit or stick to your set plan? If you chose the latter then you're a kind of gambler who never let greed influence you just because you are winning/losing.
Yes, it is a trait that we cannot remove from ourselves because it has been inherent since we were born, so it is not surprising that sometimes greed can make someone forget themselves which ultimately leads to something bad happening, for example in gambling, if we choose to let our greed control us, of course we cannot control ourselves properly, in the end we play beyond our limits, thereby losing more money.

There is a way that we can avoid greed, namely by being consistent and changing our mindset as gamblers, I don't know why I say this because since I changed my mindset everything has been fine when gambling, I don't feel guilty when I experience defeat and loss. money because I only gamble with money that I am ready to lose so I am not too eager to chase it let alone recover it, I know the end will be bad, therefore mindset is very important in controlling ourselves and protecting us from greed and even helps us to gamble responsibly.  Wink
