That guy is very smart enough, I still believe he is not a member of the team. He holds huge amount of Doge then with his post bumping up Doge so more investors can come in is generating him more profits from his initial holding. More investors purchasing pumps the price so if we are smart enough we can invest little into it cause any of his next post will also increase the price. He uses his influence as part of his tactics and I can't even see him getting suied for it.
