I would be surprised if Duelbits actually allowed him to continue playing on their site after everything he did on their site and in this forum.
He didn't do anything that violated their terms to terminate an account and after all he don't really matter that much to the casino's perspective, he will be given attention only again if he needs help or violates the terms. Until then they have a business to run and it doesn't seem to be worth going after everyone who tries to bully/false accusations against their reputation.
I do not think that Duelbits is impartial. I believe every players matters/important to the casino since it will cost them their reputation if they ignore small players. I believe Duelbits implement patience on this case and just ignore all those curses since they understand the reason why the person act irritated.
The good thing is that the case is resolved and this proves once again how reputable Duelbits is.
