As far as I know, the wager required to withdraw a $10 prize from GA is not up to 60x, I don't know for sure, but I got a small winnings from that GA and was able to withdraw the balance without any problems.
In the past, you had to wager the same amount that you were credited once. So if you received 10$ through a survey or a competition, you also had to wager at least 10$ on a game of your choice to be able to withdraw the coins. This is not so difficult with sports betting if you simply bet on results with a 1.01 rate, e.g. in cup games.
I've never heard of anyone having to bet x60 times that amount and it's certainly not true. OP hasn't contacted me since his accusation ...
