I'll give my thought about what the 60x wager or any requirement for the withdrawal. I also gone through the same process and it's even higher than $30 and asked with my first campaign earning when I was about to withdraw. Did I deposited on what was asked? no. I used my campaign earning and wagered it until I've reached the threshold that was asked and it's a lot for me but I just persevered and patiently gone through the bets and that's why I like plinko because I did the wagers through that. 
I used bcswap to save fees because during that time, IIRC, we're like $20-$30 on fees. In the end, I saved from fees because I converted btc into LTC and all in all, I think I lost just around $2-$3 and then saved from the high fees which from $90, it became $83 I think that I was able to successfully withdraw without any hassle after completing the wagering requirement.
