I think it's just a beginner who is new to gambling because if he has been around gambling for a long time it's impossible not to know Stake, isn't Stake a big site where they collaborate with many famous people from athletes and others, even their site logo is also displayed on several sports, Besides, it's strange if someone thinks Stake took $22 even though they often give out free money and even on social media they share more than that amount.
Whoever it is, I'm sure it's only a beginner who doesn't know Stake because I believe that almost the average online gambler in this world knows Stake, I have a work friend who is just actively gambling online, he already knows Stake because he has seen the Stake logo when watching a match. Everton so he found out about the Stake site by doing research that they were a fairly large casino. It's actually important to do research so that beginners can know more about Stake.

Most online gamblers or people that are interested in crypto casinos will know Stake but how effective is it outside that? I have 2 buddies that watch a lot of UFC and although Stake has a partnership with the UFC and their logo is everywhere, they never heard of Stake. Granted, they are not interested in gambling also.
piebeyb, Blaming a scam for $22 is understandable if you realize that all these people who i've seen here yelling scam have entitlement mentality. They are center of the universe that require special treatment. ToS doesn't seem to apply to them, or even mathematical laws of probability, because their 20 bucks or whatever is what's it's all about. These people keep making ridiculous amount of noise, because during their childhood they got what they wanted by keeping shouting even more. But they don't seem to get the difference of abusing someone close to them and yelling towards helpdesk. So i guess they just need to get that out of their system. Reasoning with them haven't seem to be working.
babygun. I am pretty sure that majority of the people but are watching ufc for example because they like the sport, not the gambling, but as they are a perfect target group, it makes sense to put logos everywhere. Even though some people might not want to gamble, that logo will stick on their mind as they have been looking at it for big part of the fight. This creates a positive link in their mind to the sport, and it might work way better than tv ad for example.
Nothing good to be expected to those entitle people since they always like special treatment while they forgot to know or just ignore the real process since they want to be taken care as faster as they can. People like this need to learn in hard way and they must be guided to read the TOS so they can fully understand that there's some rules exist and if they violate it then they will be punish.
Also that's how businesses promote their business and as long as they can they want their logo to be seen by a lot of people especially on big leagues since for sure those one will be remembered and might people will get curious to know about the logo they have seen.
