Manchester City can always just fine without Haaland but their midfield especially KDB and Rodri as always been their backbone and this is the reason I will continue to say in order for Liverpool to win the league they have to be really consistent and avoid losing points since we know City are always at their best beginning of the year till season ends, which we can say it's an actual consistency that as given their Epl dominance
Since Haaland's long injury occurred, Pep Guardiola has always made a habit of fielding reserve players to replace Haaland, so Pep Guardiola must remain focused and consistent with his squad when competing. Therefore, KDB, who was the first to recover from his injury, always played in every match to dominate the game and make a big contribution to his squad. It is true that Liverpool must remain focused on always winning, not only that, Liverpool must also maintain its performance and always remain consistent in its game when facing the next match in the EPL. The reason is that Manchester City and Liverpool's points tally is not much different at the top of the standings, only a difference of 2 points.
Indeed, KDB's presence is very influential for the Manchester City squad because KDB is the brains of Manchester City's game with a very clear playing vision in managing and developing the game on the field. So even though currently Manchester City cannot be strengthened by its flagship striker, Haaland, KDB's return will allow other City players to develop and this has been shown by KDB against Newcastle United when Mancity players looked frustrated in dismantling Mewcastle's tight defensive line, when KDB entered the field and immediately scored the equalizing goal and made an assist for the winning goal scored by young player Oscar Bobb. Therefore, with the rise of Manchester City, the competition to win the English League this season will be very tight, especially since the top 4 teams currently do not have such a big difference in points. Therefore, both Liverpool and Manchester City must appear consistent until the end of the season if they want to win the title, especially since Arsenal and Aston Villa are also in 3rd and 4th place with a difference of only 5 and 2 points from Liverpool.
