So far there really has never been a big penalty for any of those financial superpowers in the Premier League, but when you think about it I am actually rolling my eyes because I don't understand how they can successfully circumvent any of these sanction?
They are now hammering these smaller clubs and cause them to get relegated due to points deduction, and while there is nothing wrong with enforcing the rules, it still remains unanswered how other clubs are getting away with their violations.
