I see it the same way. BC.Game always writes the rules of the competitions or surveys very clearly and comprehensibly. You deliberately don't have to read them to know, for example, that you have to wager amounts before you can deduct them - even if that wasn't even the case here with the 10$. So if this is actually the reason for the accusation, the user is unfortunately completely to blame ...
