De Rossi's quality is very far from Mourinho's and I don't understand what Roma management was thinking to find a way out and instead made things worse. As one of the big teams in Serie A, I think Roma have failed and maybe they deserve to be at the bottom of the table next time if the decision alone is not right. Now the situation is much worse and Roma should be able to give Mourinho time until the end of the season to fix his player's performance problems and not fire him half way through the season like this.
That's right, what Roma management did was a decision that many Roma fans regret.
Jose Mourinho has done his best at Roma and we can see that when Mourinho first arrived as Roma coach, quite a lot of positive changes were made and Roma was again transformed into one of the teams to be reckoned with in Serie A and also on the European stage, but due to the lack of support for spending players so progress takes a little longer but it doesn't get any worse.
I really regret this decision.
Meanwhile, De Rossi, who was appointed as the new coach, has no experience or brilliant achievements as a coach. This is really a quite ridiculous decision made by Roma Management and I am also sure that they are now in a worse situation in the future.
