partially right but each altcoin are not same. The positive site is, Binance doesn't promote any shitcoin or any fake altcoin what come to market for scam people and disappear. Binance always verify documents and so many thing after they listen altcoin in their exchange. Specially all of those altcoins that launched by binance launchpad or binance announced laucnpool, all are still in good position.
