I think other teams have already taken over, and Arsenal coming back will be somehow late to me because for Arsenal to be topping the standings for the first time and the early season was a very good achievement for them, so unfortunately, Arsenal performance started declining and they are now in the top 4. Furthermore, Manchester City, Liverpool, and Aston Villa are ahead of Arsenal, so therefore, I don't think these teams I mentioned will allow Arsenal to overtake them in the standings even if Arsenal goes back to the top 3, but they can’t get the first position again.
Manchester City are now back in form since Kelvin De bryune returned from injury, and some other key players performances have been boosted since then, which I don’t even think Arsenal will take over from Liverpool. Although I won’t confidently guarantee Manchester City, for Arsenal to get back, they need a very good manager who is smarter than Arteta because, with all indications, he is still misusing some talented players in the squad.

Arsenal always continue to make their supporters sad by doing this. I don't know maybe having a really young team is also a factor but still they should be able to do better than this normally. Arteta will need to work more on this problem to fix it as much as possible. Otherwise we will probably see them out of the title race before even the final weeks of the season.
I really want to see Arsenal winning the league title but they can't do it like this. Manchester City and Liverpool have a much bigger potential at the moment. For now I believe one of them will make it too but hopefully it can be Liverpool to see a different champion this season.
