Everton are lucky that this season, the teams down the bottom are the weakest group of teams I have ever known in the PL.
Sheffield United, Burnley, Luton are crap aren’t they, really terrible teams. Now that Nottingham Forest will also get a points deduction, there will be another team right down there. I think Everton would survive even with another points deduction, such is the incompetence of the other teams at the foot of the table.
Everton was able to gather some points after their points deduction which prevented them not getting into the Premier League relegation zone. But if Everton continues to perform poorly, Luton Town might top them in the premier league table if Luton Town can be able to win their outstanding match.

The performance of Everton's players in the FA Cup is not weak. They are performing quite well. However, the team's performance in the Premier League deteriorated somewhat. After losing three matches in a row, they managed to share the points against a strong team like Aston Villa. Everton players also played very well against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup match. Their opponent in the next match is Luton Town. I think Everton team is stronger than Luton Town. Luton Town's defense is very weak. They won't win against Everton with such a weak defense.
