would you mind clarifying the GT&C 5.2. and the 5.7. of your gambling site? am I correct to understand that the gambling site will remove the rest of the gambler's winnings if it reaches 5k euros because the daily winning limit is 5k except if it is from a jackpot? also, on your GT&C 5.7. it is mentioned that the maximum jackpot winning limit is 10k euros, does that mean if the gambler won a jackpot amounting to more than 10k euros, let's say 15k euros, only 10k will be credited to the gambler's account?
5.2. You acknowledge, agree and accept that the total of daily Wins, as defined in article 1, section 4 of the RGA, excluding Jackpot Wins, the days to be determined in accordance with Atlantic Standard Time is bound to a maximum value, calculated in the following currency: Euro (the: Daily Win Limit” or: “DWL”). Any value exceeding the Daily Win Limit is deemed Excess (or: the existence of an Overbalance) as set forth in article 4, section 4. The Operator is obligated to correct the Overbalance, as set forth in article 3, section 5, subsection (d) 2 of the RGA, so that it equals the Daily Win Limit, at the latest with any Withdrawal.
5.7. To be calculated separately from and not influenced by the Daily Win Limit, the total of daily Jackpot Wins, as defined in article 1, section 5 of the RGA is bound to a maximum value, calculated in the following currency: Euro (the: Jackpot Win Limit” or: “JWL”), JWL = 10,000 Euro.
Article 5.7 was a clause issued by the licensing authority. Following your message, we have communicated with the licensing authority and have successfully removed the relevant article.
Article 5.2, The terms in article 3 of the RGA specifically apply to excesses from temporary promotions like free bets, not to regular betting or casino game wins. The Organizer's right to correct any excess as per article 15, section 4 of the Gaming License is limited to these promotional scenarios.
